Ticonderoga is the world's most recognized and trusted pencil. We gave this iconic product a modern facelift and pumped up its branding to help it remain a major player in the $13 million pencil industry. Meant to stand out both online and in stores, this bold and clean update keeps this classic and essential learning tool at the top of everyones school supply list.

Back to school shopping just got better.

We refreshed the Ticonderoga Amazon store front by giving it a branded look and feel that was on par with the new packaging and had a lighter, brighter outlook. We revamped the entire store with new images, a fresh color palette and put the focus back on the iconic product.

Let’s get social.

In support of the new package design, we created a library of branded elements to be used for social media, email marketing and beyond. Concepts were drawn and a photoshoot was directed to bring the brand to life and showcase the products. Several design elements are brought together to create a newly branded look and feel that is uniquely Ticonderoga. The use of round design elements ladder back to the round graphic element used on the new package design. Content was created with a playful yet trusted tone of voice.

We had a chance to get up close and personal with the Ticonderoga product line and zoom all the way in on all the details. By using macro shots of each product, it highlights the quality of the materials and the ownable assets that are uniquely Ticonderoga.

Redesigning a classic.

The Ticonderoga packaging redesign aimed to create a recognizable and trustworthy pencil package that would catch the eyes of consumers both in retail stores and online. To achieve this, the packaging was given a refreshing splash of green and a modernized logo, ensuring that it stood out among its competitors. All the important information is contained in a “bulls-eye” with product photography and the logo for an iconic brand look on shelf or in an e-commerce environment.
