Jess has worked with top tier firms in the Chicago area and has deep roots in both agency and client-side experience across various industries that include publishing, non-for-profit, B2B and large corporations. She loves solving creative challenges with a solid layout & strong typography skills.

Focused on the big creative picture, she never loses site of the tiny details that make design great. Jessica is armed with a sharpened tool kit that she can apply to projects that help drive home the bottom line - making clients look good.

Derek has a background deeply rooted in brand design with a focus on CPG. In his 20+ years of professional experience, he has led design innovation teams for major corporations and partnered with brands to successfully position and relaunch many established global brands successfully into market.
