The Dow Chemical Company is one of the three largest chemical companies in the world and manufactures products for dozens of industries. Designing this report presented a few challenges. It required that each of the many industries that Dow is present in be represented visually, all of the financial data be custom designed, have all of it fit in a limited number of pages and present it in a new look that is slightly different than what Dow has been used to but still kept very clean and corporate. We worked closely with this client to achieve all of those factors. Each photo in the book is a macro shot of one of the products that is produced with Dow materials. From the rubber on your running shoes to a turbine engine to asphalt sealant on the road - its all highlighted here. The horizontal layout and color wash treatment give it a sleek, modern feel.
