A designers designer, Jessica is a multi-disciplined artist who began her career while finalizing her BFA at Columbia College Chicago in 2004. In 14 years, Jessica has worked with top tier firms in the Chicago area and has deep roots in both agency and client-side experience. She loves solving creative challenges with a solid layout & strong typography skills.

Focused on the big creative picture, she never loses site of the tiny details that make design great. Jessica is armed with a sharpened tool kit that she can apply to projects that help drive home the bottom line - making clients look good.

Derek has a background and passion rooted in fine art, earning his bachelor’s degree at Columbia College Chicago in 2002. While finalizing his last semester at Columbia College, he began working professionally as a graphic designer for Wilson Sporting Goods Co. While with Wilson, his passion for blending packaging graphics & structural design began. Derek partnered with R&D to develop and launch cutting edge catchers gear and worked directly with brand mangers to launch creative packaging solutions worldwide.

His most recent professional work includes branding & illustration efforts for Allstate Insurance, as well as holding a position as Design Manager for Pepsico’s Design & Innovation division. While with PepsiCo, Derek partnered with brand management to successfully position & relaunch many established global brands into market. He also represented design on a steering committee with E-Level Management in regards to healthy brand innovations and children’s nutrition on a global scale.
