Frequently Asked Questions - FAQs.

What's the difference between rubber stamps, pre-inked stamps and self-inking stamps?
Standard rubber stamps are for use with an ink pad. With pre-inked stamps, the ink is contained within the die, giving you several thousand impressions. When the stamp starts to fade, you can recharge it by applying a few drops of re-inking fluid. Self-inking stamps have a rubber printing surface which rests on the built-in ink pad. When required, you simply push the stamp down to create an impression.

How soon will I receive my stamps after placing an order?
Most rubber stamps are dispatched within 48-72 hours, via our FREE delivery service. For green and violet pre-inked stamps please allow 5-7 working days.

Can I have my company logo on the rubber stamps?
Yes. Line art pictures and logos can be incorporated on almost any stamp. Please e-mail the artwork as a black and white line art TIF file, with a resolution of 400-600 dpi. Alternatively, we can generate the artwork for you at extra cost (from £10.00 per design).
