1. The goods will be delivered to either the UK mainland or Spanish mainland address that you provide when you place your order. Once an order has been accepted by PXL Graphics, the delivery address cannot be changed. PXL Graphics does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Deliveries are made throughout the working day and it is not possible to specify a delivery time in advance. All deliveries require someone to be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the delivery. After three failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us by the carrier and re-delivery charges may apply.
2. We make no additional charge for delivery of goods to UK mainland addresses. FREE delivery is made to one UK mainland address per order placed.
3. An additional carriage charge will be made on all goods dispatched to the Spanish mainland. Charges vary. Please enquire at the time of placing your order.
4. Every effort will be made to dispatch the goods within the stated timeframes, after your order has been accepted and paid for in full. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery, due to non-performance of carriers, acts of God, corrupt or incomplete transfer of data and electronic system failures.
5. Dispatch/turnaround times on orders placed for Standard or Express Dispatch do not include the day of ordering - e.g. Orders placed on a Monday for Express Dispatch are generally delivered on Wednesday of the same week.
6. Any carriage arranged by PXL Graphics is on the customer's behalf and PXL Graphics is not liable for any delays arising out of that carriage. Risk in the products passes to you upon despatch, unless you are ordering the goods as a consumer, in which case risk in the products passes to you upon delivery or upon delivery to your carrier.
7. Delivery will be made to the doorstep or closest possible access point to the address supplied on the order. The courier driver is under no obligation to assist the recipient in the transfer of goods any further from the vehicle stop point (except to unload from the vehicle). Aid in the transfer of goods from the carrier vehicle into the recipient's premises (beyond the vehicle stop point, doorstep, pavement or driveway) by the courier driver, is solely at the discretion of the courier driver.
8. Where an order is shipped as multiple packages, then packages may be received as separate deliveries at different times at the discretion of the carrier. PXL Graphics has no control over the order or number of separate deliveries that carriers may use to deliver multiple package orders.
